Unbeknownst to men, heels gives that certain power to women no amount of votes can give. I personally believe to the power it puts forward to its wearer; I, for one, has seen and experienced its effect.
When I made my first fashion blog three years ago, this is an excerpt on how I described myself (which made a friend find silly):
I am a frustrated supermodel.
Fashion is my addiction and passion;
I master the art of walking and sprinting in my 5-inch heels
the moment I realized height can be bought.
It's silly, isn't it? But that remains true until now; I still keep on buying beautiful pairs that keep killing me on the first few times of wearing them.
If you're wondering where I got the image from, I created it myself. To those who have the time to be creative, follow these simple steps and create your own image.
1. Go to http://www.picmonkey.com/
2. Click on "Create a collage"
3. Pick the layout you like. You can either create a vertical or horizontal image, depends on what you want.
4. Save the image and click X on the upper right corner of the page
5. Click on "Edit a photo". It will prompt you to open an image saved on your computer. Select the collage you created earlier.
6. Get creative and include texts and overlays
7. Save your masterpiece
