#100DAYSOFSUMMER: DAY 17 - JOG SWIMWEAR

This is a part of the #100DaysOfSummer project of The PR Girl Closet, and we are now on Day 17!

Day 17, 9:00 AM, Jog Swimwear HQ Singapore

I don't swim but I love wearing swimsuits, so I am always on the lookout for new brands with interesting designs to add to my growing collection of swimwear. Enter the opening cocktail party of the Singapore Yacht Show at W Hotel last weekend and a myriad of supermodels dressed in swimsuits in sophisticated cuts and bold colours and I am in awe once again. Found out that this collection is by a French upscale swimwear label JOG Swimwear

JOG Swimwear is created by a former synchronized swimming champion in the year 2008. This year it has grown to 14 countries including France, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Maldives, Seychelles, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland through 5-star hotel boutiques, high-end departmental stores and specialty shops.

The French swimwear label's new collection offers swimwear that is reminiscent of the designer's hometown, Paris. The Summer Collection, which was showcased in the opening cocktail party at W Hotel, pays tribute to the famous places and legendary monuments of the City of Lights. Every piece is cut to perfection and comes in bold hues as turquoise, fiery red, azure blue, aniseed yellow, emerald green and opulent purple.

The 2014 collection introduces two novelties - a capsule collection and luxury limited edition collection. The limited edition collection is made up of two women swimsuit styles - one that is covered with embroideries and sequins stitched by hand, and the other one that has small sleeves retractable on the shoulder. Created in 2013, the men's line will continue to grow in 2014 with two simple and refined swim short styles.
